London Fashion Week Review – Livia Tang AW19

The Livia Tang collection was inspired by the special bond between siblings, celebrating brotherhood and sisterhood and Japanese textiles, using historic images for reference. The collection combined fabrics perceived as masculine such as corduroy with feminine lame woven jacquards, mainly using sustainable fabrics. Many of the fabrics were double sided with detailed embellishments of beading and trims.

Livia Tang is a London based young contemporary brand and launched in 2017 after gaining experience at Simone Rocha.
