Our website collects data in order to fulfil orders including name, address, email, phone number and payment information, this data is then processed through our third party service suppliers.
When someone visits our website www.startyourownfashionlabel.com we use third party service suppliers Square Space Analytics and Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will make it very clear by asking you to subscribe to our mailing list.

How we store and protect your information
All personal data collected by Start Your Own Fashion Label is stored on our secure system on Dropbox Business, which is committed to being compliant with GDPR and is also complaint with the most widely accepted standards and regulations around the world.
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical offices to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
Start Your Own Fashion Label uses a third party service Square Space to help maintain the security and performance of the Start Your Own Fashion Label website. The site is managed, hosted and stored on Squarespace servers who are committed to being complaint with GDPR. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the Start Your Own Fashion Label website.
How we use your information and who we share it with
If you supply us with your email address, you may receive periodic contact from us via email with information on services, press releases, events and relevant news. We only share your data with the Start Your Own Fashion Label team and our service providers for legitimate business interest and use. How long we will hold your data

For employment purposes, if you are successful, the information you provide during the application process will be retained by us as part of your employee file for the duration of your employment plus 6 years following the end of your employment. This includes your criminal records declaration, fitness to work, records of any security checks and references. If you are unsuccessful at any stage of the process, the information you have provided until that point will be retained for 6 months from the closure of the campaign.
How you can request access to personal information about you
GDPR gives you the right to access information held about you. If we do hold information about you we will:

- tell you why we are holding it;
- tell you who it could be disclosed to; and
- let you have a copy of the information in an intelligible form
