The Make it British website is a source of information on British-made brands and UK manufacturing. The company was founded, and is run by Kate Hills, who spent 20 years working as a designer and buyer before setting Make It British website to help promote UK manufacturing and British Made brands.  Since its launch at the beginning of 2011, Make it British has become the go-to site on the web for news, reports and interviews about British-made products.

Make it British believes that a product’s provenance is of the utmost importance. By buying authentic British goods, manufactured by skilled craftsman using the finest materials, then you are helping to keep these skills alive in the UK. The platform encourages everyone to support makers in Britain before we lose their precious skills forever.

At Make It British Live we discovered lots of new brands including clothing and accessories as well as amazing home, garden health and beauty products and British manufacturers and suppliers.
