Review - Roberta Einer SS19

Review

Roberta Einer combines her fascination for fabric development with her love of travel to create a collection that evolves the maximalist embellishments for which she’s known for her debut catwalk show at London Fashion Week.

The inspiration of 70s Morocco is found in the colours and textures in the lightweight layers, embellishments and jewel embroideries. The designer uses embellishment to accent and enhance with laser cut flower petals, and florals found on easy separates such as hoodies and the Robert Einer classic bomber jacket. The brand collaborates with knitwear designers Alice Lee and Kate Brittain for the soft faded coloured knitwear pieces.
